Earnings related pension based on earnings between L.E.L. (Lower Earnings Limit) and U.E.L. (Upper Earnings Limit).
This provides employed people with an additional State pension based on the level of their earnings. This benefit is funded by National Insurance contributions paid by employees and their employers.
